Karl Schmidlin - Owner Operator. Karl is a full time resident of MBI and founded the company in 1972. A graduate of Port Clinton High School and Miami University. Prior to construction Karl was a General Manager of Woolworths and a School teacher at Sandusky and North Bass Island. Karl is married to Penny and has 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren. |
John Glauser - John is a full time resident of MBI and an employee for over 25 years. Prior to working here John was a mechanic and contractor at Put-in-Bay. John has years of experience working with clients and has seen it all with his experience with KSGC and as a volunteer fireman on MBI. John also works for the township and has his own landscape company operated by the family. John is married to Robin has 3 children and 2 grandchildren |
Jeff Marshal - Jeff is a full time resident of MBI and an employee for over 20 years. Jeff is a graduate of Oak Harbor High School. Prior to working here Jeff was a carpenter on Marblehead managing crews for frame and construction servcies. Jeff's experience provides insight into all projects for planning and overall execution. If KSGC is on a job you are sure to see Jeff completing the tasks and making sure that the job is done right the 1st time. Jeff is married to Jenifer and has two children who attend Put-in-Bay School. |
Gee Jones - Gee is a part time resident on MBI and is here from March to late November. Gee has been with KGCS 4 years and might be hooked for life. Some may say Gee is wise to leave when the weather gets cold and we start fishing from a hole. Dedicated worker and a positive attitude on every job is what you get with Gee and a great member of the team. Andrew Homon - Andrew is in his 1st year with KSGC and is learning the construction trade. Andrew is currently enrolled at Saint Charles High School and is on the island late May thru August. Andrew will be the one doing whatever crew tells him to do so make sure to give him something else to do. |
